The development of infrastructure in Technopolis Thessaloniki was the subject of extensive study and design to provide high quality services to established businesses and visitors. For traffic of cars within the Park a two-way traffic road was developed including sidewalks and pedestrian walkways.

The configuration of the environment of the Park has been the subject of special study, which included a study of street lighting and perimeter lighting, open green spaces and parking facilities.
