Operating Regulation

The administration, management and overall operations of Technopolis Thessaloniki ICT Business Park are governed by the Operating Regulation which has been approved by the Ministry of Development and the observance of which is compulsory for all enterprises located within the Park.

Operating Regulation regulates issues such as:

• Terms and conditions of installation and operation of enterprises

• Rights and obligations of owners of real estate and established enterprises

• Operation, maintenance and expansion of shared infrastructure

• Distribution of shared expenditure required for the operation of the Park

• Terms and restrictions aiming to protect the environment

as well as any other matter related to the administration, management and operation of the Park.
