About

Technopolis Thessaloniki is the first High Technology Business Park in Greece, where companies of the new economy, as well as research and educational activities, can be established. It is characterized by a high-quality environment.

It includes an area of 94 stremmas (approximately 23 acres) on the eastern side of the city, the fastest-growing area of Thessaloniki, and falls under the jurisdiction of the Municipality of Pylea–Hortiatis. It is located just a few kilometers from Thessaloniki International Airport, and the site’s slight southwest slope ensures spectacular views of the Thermaic Gulf from all buildings.

Access to Technopolis is via key road arteries, such as the Thessaloniki-Nea Moudania National Road and the city’s Inner Ring Road.

Technopolis started as a vision for an innovative solution for housing IT and technology companies and has become one of the most important tools for promoting innovation and entrepreneurship in Northern Greece.

At full development, Technopolis Thessaloniki is expected to host over 150 innovative companies employing more than 3,000 people.
