Incubator

It includes an area of 94 stremmas (approximately 23 acres) on the eastern side of the city, the fastest-growing area of Thessaloniki, and falls under the jurisdiction of the Municipality of Pylea–Hortiatis. It is located just a few kilometers from Thessaloniki International Airport, and the site’s slight southwest slope ensures spectacular views of the Thermaic Gulf from all buildings.

Thematically, the Incubator focuses on the fields of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and related areas and is directly linked to the Park, leveraging existing networks and partnerships. The Incubator provides a platform for the development and application of business ideas and technologies — connecting them with Technopolis while offering new companies the advantages of being established in a dynamic working environment.

The main objectives of the Incubator are:
