The Incubator operates in a modern building within Technopolis Thessaloniki, covering 1,300 m² and including offices, common areas, and facilities to host 14 businesses.

The building design follows bioclimatic architectural principles, with comfortable spaces including four meeting rooms and a 100-person event hall with appropriate technical infrastructure.

Depending on each company’s needs and development stage, the Incubator offers various specialized support services such as:
